To Be Real

Today from 2:00 to 4:00, on To Be Real on Des Moines Local Live, we have a wonderful guest, Jen Childress – Personal trainer, health coach and owner of Patina Esprit.  Jen will be sharing tips for being healthy around the holidays and getting a head start on New Year’s resolutions.  As always…there is a relational element to our show.  Jen moved to Des Moines from the bay area of California nearly two years ago.  She will also be sharing about her journey and how it was to relocate and begin building new relationships as well as a new training and coaching business full time in a brand new community.
