To Be Real – December 16, 2009

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

To Be Real

Today from 2:00 to 4:00, on To Be Real on Des Moines Local Live, we have a wonderful guest, Jen Childress – Personal trainer, health coach and owner of Patina Esprit.  Jen will be sharing tips for being healthy around the holidays and getting a head start on New Year’s resolutions. We are excited to meet Jen and hear all about her passions – health and wellness.   (Jen’s website – www.patinaesprit.com)

As always…there is a relational element to our show.  Jen moved to Des Moines from the bay area of California nearly two years ago.  She will also be sharing about her journey and how it was to relocate and begin building new relationships as well as a new training and coaching business full time in a brand new community.

Lots to talk about today in the midst of holiday preparations.  Take a time-out and practice some self-care by joining the lively discussion as we eagerly anticipate all the holiday celebrations coming up in the next few weeks.

Join Amy Main (Mona Lillard is travelling on business) and myself – live today!  To Be Real is your show, about real topics and issues that you face every day.  Remember, anyone with a heartbeat has baggage.  Learning how to carry that baggage gracefully is what happiness is all about.  That is why we are here – for you!
